It's been a shaky few years - there's no doubt about it. For some it feels as if big goals and dreams were put on hold. Along with waiting to see what would happen next came self-doubt, stress, and uncertainty.
The sad thing is now that everything is back in motion again, some people still feel stuck and are having trouble figuring out how to turn it around. If they don't get back on track, they’ll not only fail to accomplish their dreams, but will simply be left behind .

My journey started when I was three and I put all of the shoes in my closet in first position. As a young dancer, I struggled with my confidence, even when I might have looked very confident to others, no matter my achievements or accolades. I suffered inside without even realizing there was another way. I worked hard, trained with the best and fast forward twenty years, I am now the C.E.O. of my own dance studio.Â
Along the way, I worked in NYC as a Personal Trainer helping clients reach their personal fitness goals, as well as becoming an FAA Flight Instructor and teaching students to fly airplanes and reach their goal of becoming pilots.
In teaching all of theses years, what I have noticed is that some students are able to activate their potential, while others struggle. What is the difference that sets high performers apart? I was on a mission to find out... How can we all harness more of our potential?
When the opportunity to become a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC) appeared, I realized that this was the answer I had been searching for. To be at our best, there is more than checklists, action items and "doing more" to get us there. Our mental technique and toughness has to be trained, just like our muscle memory, turnout, musicality, and artistry for dance.
Certified High Performance Coaching (CHPC) is similar to FAA flight training, personal training and dance coaching, where each lesson has a syllabus, and proven strategies to help students progress to the next level. The difference is that CHPC is focused on the process of learning how to master our mindset, gain clarity on what is important in our lives, and live a life of harmony no matter our goals or what we are trying to achieve.
It was so exciting for me to find the CHPC program and go through the certification and training myself so that I could continue to learn to better serve all of my students. To help YOU to become the best you can be!
I have tailored the program to suit young dancers specifically and meet their unique needs. (The training I wish I had as a young dancer.) The methods are the same but the students are special (my favorite people)!Â

I believe so much in High Performance Coaching that I don’t need any commitment from you beyond filling out your questionnaire and attending your strategy session.
It will give me an opportunity to see if you are really ready and committed to improving your dancing and your life, and make sure that we are a good fit in our communication style.Â
These first six sessions are typically billed by coaches at $1800-$3000 for one-one coaching and a minimum of $500 for group coaching. I am so eager to share what I have learned with dancers that I am offering the first six sessions to dancers only at:
One-One coaching $450

Group Coaching $150.
For one-one coaching and group coaching, we will work together every other week for 12 weeks (six sessions), at a time that works best for your schedule.
Beyond the initial round of coaching, we can continue working together for as long as you like...
If you don’t feel like this is your time, you will get the benefit of the questionnaire and the strategy session with no other obligation... and a full refund if you feel our time together wasn't well spent. That is my promise to you!
